Edge Collection Limited (Norfolk's Edge) & Edge Noko Limited (EDGE // NOKO)
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored and protected when you visit this website or use the services offered through it. We handle your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
This website (https://edgedining.com) is operated by Edge Collection Limited and is home to two separate businesses. Each is its own company and each is the "data controller" responsible for the personal data it collects for its own services:
Norfolk's Edge — a trading name of Edge Collection Limited, registered in England and Wales.
EDGE // NOKO — a trading name of Edge Noko Limited, registered in England and Wales.
The two companies operate independently and do not share your personal data with each other. Each uses your data only for its own services.
For any privacy question or request, please contact info@norfolksedge.co.uk and your enquiry will be directed to the relevant business.
We only collect the personal data you choose to provide. To make it clear which business holds your data, we have grouped it by company.
Contact form: first name, last name, phone number, email address, your message.
Team / careers form: first name, last name, phone number, email address, job role of interest (e.g. event planner, chef, front of house), your message.
Private dining booking form: first name, last name, phone number, email address, area of interest (e.g. private dining, weddings, events, corporate), preferred booking date, your message.
Event booking form (hosted via Typeform): your name, contact details and address; event date and times; details of your chosen venue (name, address, facilities such as kitchen, bar and parking); guest numbers (adults, children, infants); food and menu preferences; optional extras; dietary requirements and allergens (see Section 3); estimated budget; beverages you intend to provide; how you heard about us; and any additional notes for your menu and quotation.
Wedding booking form (hosted via Typeform): the same categories as the event form, tailored to wedding catering.
Newsletter sign-up form: full name and email address.
Event payments: on occasion we run an event booking form through Typeform that takes a payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe via Typeform's integration. We do not see or store your full card details.
Website usage data: where you consent, technical and usage data is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
Gift voucher purchases (via VoucherCart): the purchaser's name and email address, the voucher value, and its unique reference number, so the voucher can be issued, managed and redeemed. Payment is processed securely by VoucherCart's payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
Restaurant table bookings (via our online booking system): your name and contact details, booking date and time, and party size.
To plan safe and suitable menus, the event and wedding forms (Norfolk's Edge) ask about dietary requirements and allergens. This information can sometimes reveal details about your health or religious beliefs, which is treated as special category data under data protection law and given extra protection.
We only use this information to plan and provide your catering safely. By voluntarily providing these details for that purpose, you give your explicit consent for it to be processed. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time once it is no longer needed for your event. If you tell our café or restaurant team about an allergy in person, we use that information only to serve you safely at the time.
Under UK GDPR each company must have a lawful basis for using your personal data. The following apply:
Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, operate and improve the website, and understand how visitors use it. The legitimate interest is in operating and growing the relevant business and responding to people who make contact.
Contract — where you confirm a booking or buy a gift voucher, your data is processed to provide the service you have requested and to fulfil the agreement with you.
Consent — for marketing communications (such as the newsletter) and for non-essential cookies and tracking technologies. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Sections 8 and 9).
Explicit consent — for the dietary and allergen information described in Section 3.
No personal data is used for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Norfolk's Edge (Edge Collection Limited):
EDGE // NOKO (Edge Noko Limited):
When a retention period ends, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with trusted service providers who help run the website and services, and only as far as necessary:
Used to run the website and Norfolk's Edge services (Edge Collection Limited):
Used by EDGE // NOKO (Edge Noko Limited):
We may also use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising and retargeting in future, and will only do so where you have given the necessary consent. We may disclose data where legally required, for example to comply with a court order or regulatory request.
Some service providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, it is kept protected by appropriate safeguards — such as UK-approved contractual clauses (the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum) or the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework — so that it receives a similar level of protection to that required under UK law.
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function are always active. All other cookies and embedded tools are blocked until you give consent through our cookie banner.
In particular, the following are blocked until you choose to accept them:
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies, and change your choice at any time, using the cookie banner (managed through Finsweet), or through your browser settings. If you reject non-essential cookies, some features (such as embedded videos or forms) may not work until you accept them.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access a copy of your data; ask for rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure; request restriction of processing; request portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time; and withdraw consent where we rely on it (without affecting processing carried out beforehand).
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@norfolksedge.co.uk; your request will be handled by the relevant company. We will respond within one month, normally free of charge.
If you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled, please contact us first at info@norfolksedge.co.uk so we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
Our services and website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided their data, please contact us at info@norfolksedge.co.uk and it will be deleted.
Both companies take appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your personal data secure and to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. The website is hosted securely, payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers (Stripe and VoucherCart's payment provider), and access to personal data is limited to those who need it.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
